We assist you in identlfying the career that will work best with your aptitudes and strengths. We help you to navigate the ever-changing job market.

Career Assessments

We use a variety of in-depth assessment techniques to identify your career objectives. We then provide the tools you need to pick a career that you might enjoy and meets the realities of todays job market.

Interview Preparation

We guide you through the interview process. We will role play when appropriate and work with you to differentiate yourself so you will be chosen for the job you want. Roberta Rosen and Dr. Gail Schechter have been presenting interview workshops at UCSF and other academic institutions for Ph.D.'s who wish to make the transition from academia into the business world. Outplacement

We present outplacement workshops and individualized outplacement services for small organizations. We work with individuals as well as groups, coaching participants in new career discovery, as well as job search strategies. Roberta has been trained by Parachute Association and Career Coach Institute, and will help you deal with the pain of job loss and prepare you to maximize your career potential and secure the position you desire. . Roberta has recently been chosen to work with the Impact Group and was hired by General Motors to assist the recipients of the severance package to plan the next stage in their job search or retirement life.
